We are currently seeking an IT Technician to join our team at Ifixtel. In this role, you will be based in Deptford in Lewisham, London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for a candidate who can listen to our needs, evaluate them, provide recommendations, and successfully complete projects. You will be responsible for finding appropriate solutions to meet the daily business challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To diagnose faults of computer and repair or replace the faulty components
To diagnose faults of Laptops, Tablets and gaming consoles and repair or replace the faulty components
To repair and Service office equipment like printers, scanners and IT networks
To conduct tests to ensure proper functionality after repairs
To install different operating systems and hardware upgrades
To deal with the customers regarding the faults, repairs and associated costs;
To provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status and options
To maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory
Experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Previous experience in computer repair is required
Familiarity with a wide range of computers and their components
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
